Curtain
The colourbond Steel curtain is cold rolled into interlocking slats of 100mm profile. The interlocking slats is extruded into sections of 1.0 mm thick.
Bottom Bar (Fig. 1)
The Bottom bar is is extruded from aluminium which is seperated to two portions, Upper portion and Lower Portion The Upper portion of the Bottom Bar will house the wireless safety device and an access cover. The access cover will help conceal and also give access to the safety device when there is requirement to do troubleshooting or replacement of battery. The lower portion of the Bottom bar will have limit switches that will activated the safety device when a obstacle comes into contact. there is two extra slots cater at the bottom and a PVC Strip will be use to insert into it to give it a weather seal effect.
Reinforced Side guide rail (Fig. 2)
The Reinforced Side guide rail has been design and extruded using aluminium into two individual parts, the main support portion and the front cover. This enable easy installation and maintenance of the roller shutter. The Main support of the side guide rail will be firmly secured onto the wall or hollow. Follow by the installation of the front cover.
Motorized Operation
More reliable and stronger, the N-series operator is highly recommended for large size industrial roller shutter. The N-series encompasses a specially designed Double Row PLANETARY Gear System to promote even distribution of torque. Consistent higher power attain through its smooth and low resistance in power transmission. Resulting in a longer life span of the operator is achieved. An equally higher capacity, heavy duty Clutch / Break assembly is used to match the superior performance of the N-class.
Safety Features
Safety controller and Wireless safety device
The safety controller and the wireless safety device works as a pair, the safety controller is directly link to the motor operator, it gives command to the motor operator for all kinds of situation. The Wireless Safety device is connected to series of limit switches which will send out a signal to the safety controller when an obstruction activate the limit switch. In the event the battery of the safety device is weak a warning sound can be heard from the safety device at the same time it will send out a signal to the safety controller which will cause the indication light at the safety controller to blink. When this happen it will also cause the motorised operation to be semi auto. Radio Frequency used: 346.5 Mhz
